Nepal Bangladesh Capital (NBCL)is a public limited company established under Company Act 2063 and works as a Merchant Banker licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal in 2019. It has started its operation on 10th Jan 2019. Its head office is located at Bijulibazar, Kathmandu. Nepal Bangladesh Capital was registered with the Office of Company Registrar (176994-074/075, Dated October 25, 2017). NBCL started its Merchant Banking operation on 15th May 2019.

The Bank started its banking operation on 6th June 1994. Nepal Bangladesh Bank was established as a joint venture bank with IFIC Bank Ltd.
